Urwerk UR-105 TA 'Turbine Automatic' Watches In Fancy Colors
With the new-for-2015 Urwerk UR-105 TA collection, the Swiss brand is making one of their most appealing timepiece collections even better. In 2014, Urwerk first unveiled the UR-105M watches which introduced a great new design as well as a new entry-level price point for the brand. The next model in the family is the Urwerk UR-105 TA "Turbine Automatic Knight Watches," which extends the range with not only new visual styles, but a totally different movement. Whereas the UR-105M was a manually-wound timepiece, the Urwerk UR-105 TA (UR-105TA) contains an automatic winding movement (Urwerk's "Turbine Automatic" system). Why "Turbine Automatic?" Well, most Urwerk automatic watches have a oscillating rotor which is connected to a set of turbines that visually spin with the rotor. Column-wheel chronographs are those found in many of the best chronograph movements.Set in a steel case, the Ref. L2.733.4.72.2 Longines Column-Wheel Chronograph is extremely classic in its execution and design. The case is 39mm wide in steel, with a brown alligator strap. The exclusive movement inside of the watch is the mechanical caliber L688.2 which provides the tricompax chrono subdial layout. The dial design is extremely classic.

Velcro Strap for Speedmaster Pro
Hi guys, So I just picked up a Speedmaster Professional and it should be here tomorrow. I bought the updated version that comes with the two additional straps. I was just curious how many people actually use the velcro strap? Might sound silly but when I was younger my first watch had a similar velcro strap, so Im kind of excited to use it. Just wanted to see what peoples thoughts are on the velcro strap and see if anyone has any pics.... cheers
Oh no! Look what I've done
Straight from the factory still vacuum sealed in plastic from a complete overhaul. How could I resist? Rose gold, twin backs, winding box, original & service papers and a spare strap. Once in a lifetime opportunity. I took it.
