As you well know, there are tons and tons of vintage divers out there, something for everyone's taste. With that said, there are some that stand out from the crowd a bit, and the Ollech and Wajs Caribbean 1000 is one of them. Ollech and Wajs (O&W) made a plethora of great divers and chronographs in their heyday in the sixties and seventies, but by far the most desirable is the Caribbean 1000. O&W teamed up with the Jenny Watch company and used their reference 702 case for this model. Jenny made several cases that were branded with a variety of different makes just like the EPSA Super Compressor and Squale case makers. THE BUG has HIT ME! I'm looking into picking up a RGRC & wanted to get some photos/input from current/previous owners. I wanted to know how the watch holds up over time. I would be looking to pickup the updated/last model year but wanted to see how the watch looks with daily wear. I've seen some that are in MINT condition with a great bezel and some with a shiny cheap plastic looking bezel. In general i want to know how the watch ages and how often i would need to replace the bezel to keep it looking MINT. I'm super OCD and with the RGRC i love how it looks new and hate how it looks with a shiny bezel. PS: i know everyone is going to say to get the RG44. Although i LOVE that watch it's not an option as the 44 is too big for my wrist.

How can I not feel bored with my GMT LN after seeing the new pepsi?
The LN is my only watch and worn every day, purchased new a few months ago. I like the watch and the GMT function but I sometimes feel the appearance is a little dull and too corporate. Now compared to the new pepsi, despite the ceramic colors more closely resembling fruit flavored candy rather than a traditional bezel, seems so much more exciting to me. If the choice was given to me I would definitely have chosen the pepsi despite its colors lacking the greatness of the pre-ceramic models. Maybe my real problem is that there is such a lack of variation in a collection of just one watch despite me being such a watch enthusiast?
