Introductions of Piaget Emperador Coussin Lunation Form For Only Watch
July 21, 2009 was the fortieth anniversary of the Apollo 11 landing delegacy lunaison which excellently is the master of Speedmaster Z lookout illustrious man. Oh yes and poise that we landed on daydream as easily. Trust me, each affair that can be potential fathomably, Z forward will be seen in its achievements [retirement]. Why z should support well all the fun? Thither are watches over-the-counter companies, and others can work to lionize the triumph of the world complement our land the prison!
Dievas MG-1: Weird but Wonderful?
Some things are just so odd that despite an initial negative reaction they become appealing. They look strange and might not make total sense conceptually, but like the VW Type 181, aka the Thing, they get under your skin, and eventually you just like it. That's basically what has happened with me over the last few days and the newly released Dievas MG-1. At first glance, I thought, ugh, another oversized diver. Then, a little while later, I felt an urge to go back and look at it again, perhaps to confirm what I had seen. Did it really lack a bezel? Was the bezel really that wide? what color was that dial again? The more I looked, the more I got pulled in.Dievas is a curious brand that we've written about a few times on w&w, but not in a couple of years. German made, but Singapore owned, they are a mix of homages and rugged tactical watches at fair, but not cheap prices. In the tradition of other German-made tool watch brands like Sinn and Damasko, Dievas cases are often CNC milled
On today's episode of ripoff watch dealers - Swiss Watch Expo, Atlanta GA.
I moved to ATL a few days ago, and Swiss Watch Expo is within walking distance, so I thought I'll entertain myself and go check out their selection.Few of the older Rolex watches were obviously polished past usable condition, and few were clear frankenwatches. But on modern pieces, they do have quite a large selection.Prices are way higher than TRF, but that's expected given that it is a real store, not an internet seller. But here comes the funny part. I asked what sort of trade-in they would offer me for my 15202 Jumbo. The sales rep went and asked her manager.7000 dollars in store credit.Seven Thousand dollars for a 15202 Jumbo. I'm sorry, but that's not even a lowball, that's an attempted robbery. She then explained how they get watches at wholesale prices and so on and so on. I simply said thank you for a good laugh, and left. There are lowball offers, and then there are insulting offers, and then there is this.
My current favorite pair!
Stopped by the Rodeo Dr Boutique yesterday to pick up my ROO. Sent the piece in for inspection for the third year warranty four weeks ago. Finally it's back!! These two are definitely my most favorite pair!!
5167 year cycles / discontinued soon?
Question for you guys, the cycles of these watches were 1997-2007... then 2007-?Meaning this could be the last year of the aquanaut?I'm not certain of these dates, so pardon me if I'm wrong. But finding one was truly a mission. I called most of the ADs on the Patek website. None had it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
