15400 & 26320 both in a collection?
So I now own both a 15400 & 26320 as 2 of my 3 watch collection. The 15400 is a steel with bracelet & blue dial while the 26320 is a rose gold white dial on strap. Pictures attached. (Sorry no picture of my 15400 on my iPad)A lot of non wiz have been asking me why I have the same watch (although technically it's not the same) in steel and the other in rose gold, and it's kinda gotten into my head. I'm thinking mayb I'll just get tired of looking at the AP genta hexagon design and I should flip my 15400 for some other steel (havnt thought which one yet). What do you guys think? Are there others out there who own a 15400 And a 26320 as well? What are your thoughts?
Navy ROO or Blue RO Chrono
Hi,I decided to get a blue dial watch and leaning towards the ROO in Navy. AP's I currently own are a ROO Panda on bracelet and the 41mm Open worked. Which one would fit nicer? I actually like both but the RO might overlap with the Skeleton. What do you think?
Value retention of current PP.
Hi rolex forum,I've recently acquired a 5712G and I am eyeing the 5205 and the 5960, however as I am starting to spend a substantial amount on my watch collection, I would like some insight as to what value these references will retain 10-20 years down the road. I know it is impossible to accurately forecast the price level, but I would like to know which current PP references do you expect to retain the most value 10-20 years down the road, and why? Thanks!
The new Steel & Gold Nautilus 5980
Saw this at my ADNot something I would buy because I don't like bicolor watches. Don't like that steel& gold sub neitherbut irl it did not look bad :-)
What is the first thing you think of when you hear the word Panerai?
For me it is the crownguard.
