Seiko Prospex Radio Sync Solar World Time Chronograph
Seiko launched its Prospex line of specialized sports watches internationally two years ago; thus far, this collection has been known in the U.S. mostly for dive watches such as the Marinemaster. At Baselworld 2016, however, Seiko introduces a Prospex watch uniquely suited for pilots, equipped with a new, ultra-reliable solar-powered movement. The radio-wave movement in the Seiko Prospex Radio Sync Solar World Time Chronograph, Caliber 8B92, is capable of receiving radio signals from atomic clocks across a much wider geographic area than any of its predecessors, delivering greatly enhanced coverage throughout Europe and China as well as the United States and Japan. When conditions allow, the watch’s time synchronizes automatically up to three times a day; the wearer can also perform this operation manually, at any time, with just the press of a button. In the areas of accuracy and reliability, the watch’s movement also excels: because it is charged by solar power, it never ne

Submariner Chromalight Lume question
Hi all,I managed to acquire my first Submariner this week from a Rolex AD in Essex. I'm pretty stoked with it as I've wanted a Sub for as long as I can remember. For reference I've purchased a Submariner with date in Black Model 116610LN in Stainless steel.I've noticed something though which I'm not sure is normal or not, so I thought Id'd ask here. When I look at the watch in the dark - after having given it some photons from a torch - I can see the blue Chroma light markers in action. They are bright for a depressingly short period then drop in output to very low. I know this is quite normal. My issue is that after having charged the markers I can clearly see that all are at the same level of brightness apart from the small dot on the second hand. The second hand marker is noticeable not quite as bright as ALL other chroma light markers on the watch. Is this normal?I know it seems like a monumentally trivial issue but I thought I'd ask anyway to see if others have the same issue? I'm ex

Landed: My Wife Loves A Rose
Mrs. Wildcat465, in spite of her vast trove of sparkly trinkets that would make any spoiled princess envious, would not stand for my grail's arrival without having a little something for herself. When reminded that she already has a YG ladies president showered with diamonds, she made me understand that old bauble is of little consequence since that acquisition was made almost one-half score ago and it's much too small for her big eyes. She insisted...no, demanded, that she needed something rosy to match a ring that she purchased not three weeks ago. So, here is the blossom that she picked. (Unfortunately <insert her pouting face here>, it missing diamonds on the dial. So, I'm scouring the world trying to find her a rose diamond dial. Can anyone help?
