A $1,000 Casio G-Shock? Yes, the Casio G-Shock MT-G
Casio‘s celebration of the iconic Casio G-Shock watch’s 30th anniversary culminated in the U.S. launch of the Casio G-Shock MT-G, a collection of metal/resin G-Shock watches starting at the unusual G-Shock price $900. Although the launch was in 2013 the watch continues to be one of the most discussed Casio G-Shock watches even today.?The collection introduced at the anniversary event includes the Casio G-Shock Rangeman, an addition to the “Master of G” collection, a military-inspired watch for first-response professionals; the GDX6900, a larger version of the existing 6900 model; and the MT-G, the G-Shock model that Casio says is meant to reposition the brand for the premium collector market. Traveling with nice watches
I usually like to bring 1-2 nice watches with me on trips unless I'm going to a 3rd world type country. I'm leaving for Bordeaux France in a few weeks and I'm trying to decide which watches to bring. Now typically if we were visiting a large European city I'd def go with something more low-key... i.e. something in steel and no Rolexes and nothing gold. This trip we will be doing mainly wine tours and eating at nice restaurants in the French countryside... not even spending any time in Bordeaux city other than to land. Would my 44mm ROO rose gold be to flashy for French wine country? My other option would be a 42 mm IWC Chronograph Classic in rose gold for a more reserved look. I also plan on brining one of my 44 mm Panerai's for a casual watch. Or maybe just stick with one Panerai and call it a day? Wish I had a 41 mm Royal Oak chronograph in steel... that would be perfect for this trip.Do most of you go more low-key with timepieces when traveling or do you just bring whatever you want
Look What FedEx dropped off...
Love it!!!I know its not a rolex but still nice....breitling superocean 44mm
TWO Similar Pams, worth it?
I bought two Panerai from my AD the other day right before increases hit.A pam 590, and a 564 titaniumThey seem very different, one shiny, one matte, one black dial, one brown dial, cut out dial, painted, strap, etc. However, its still a PAM. And Iconic styling they are both luminoris it worth it to keep both of these, or in the grand scheme of things are they too similar?thoughts?
Black Bay GMT bezel clicks
Does anybody know how many clicks on that bezel? Is it just 24 or is it more, allowing to track those odd time zones?
