AP Luminosity
I know that our beloved APs aren't known for their luminosity, and I have never really paid any attention to it.I just walked out into a dark night and happily noticed my 15400 shining at me...I've always loved its markers, but IMHO this takes it up another little notch.
Best Place To Buy Used Breitling
I have been looking on TZ; any other good sites for used breitling?
Winding a Speedmaster Auto Date 3210.50.00
Greetings everybody. I'm a new real watch owner and my first purchase was this new Speedmaster Auto-Date 3210.50. I absolutely love the watch and it seems to be keeping very good time after a week of ownership. I have searched quite a bit for an answer regarding winding an automatic watch, but haven't come up with anything substantial - most answers are regarding the Speedy Pro.My question is how often do I need to wind the watch? I understand it has a 44 hour reserve, but the book doesn't give much as far as a guideline for winding it. Initially, I wound it about 15 or 20 times and that's been about it. I purchased it new, so who knows how long it was in the display case. Also, do I wind until it stops? I'm thinking I should do this and then just continue wearing it every day...Thanks.John
BLNR stocking AD's in US??
Shot in the dark, I know. Sold my BLNR a while back and would like to have another. I see that second hand market is over retail at this point and, while I always respect the hustle of the gray market dealers, I think I would prefer to just find one in stock and pay retail. I put my name down at a local AD who was expecting to get a few in the next week or two but thought I'd see if anyone knows of a local (to them) AD with a BLNR in stock?
Green milgauss crystal question...
I've been told that the green crystal on the Milgauss does NOT have the laser etched crown in it.I was told 'technical reasons' - I can't see why it cannot be done - is this true?Settle this argument between my son and I!Thank you.
