The Clerc Hydroscaph H1 Watch Now On A Bracelet
Clerc?just recently released a new version of their excellent entry-level Hydroscaph H1 chronometer diver (you can see our review here). ?So what makes this model noteworthy? ?Primarily, it's the bracelet, which is something we've not seen on the the line before. From what I've been able to ascertain, the bracelet continues on with the same focus on comfort, courtesy the articulating lugs. I personally like how it seems to carry on both the brushed finishes, as well as the bevels, that we see in the top bezel (and, for that matter, the indices on the dial as well). While the bracelet will likely serve to enhance the boldness of the piece (read: ?a big watch just got a bit bigger), the lines of the bracelet look to be a perfect complement to the overall looks of the Hydroscaph. This new edition also tones things down a bit on the dial front, with more of a midnight blue taking center stage , with a lighter blue minute hand paired to a grey hour hand. ?This may not necessarily be of benefit
Talking Watches: With William Massena
Say the name "William Massena" over on the now-20-year-old pages of the watch lovers' forum Timezone, and many will recoil in fear. William has been the long-time managing director of the mega-forum, and before that, was one if its earliest users and moderators – back when I, and many of our team members, were in grade school. William grew up around watches, spending his formative years in a Swiss boarding school, before entering the world of finance, only to be pulled back into watches. He is one of the few men in this industry that has seen many sides of watches – from journalism to retail, to consulting, to auctions. It was when he was chief operating officer of Antiquorum that I first met William – introduced by a mutual friend – and to say I was intimidated would be an understatement. This imposing, well-educated, bi-lingual true connoisseur had built quite a reputation for himself as the enforcer of Timezone – almost the true-life watch

Would these two play well...
Hi GuysVery quick question. Would the PP 5960 1A play nice with the AP 26300SAN00 AKA Panda 39mm? Would it be almost the same in the same collection? Thoughts on the 5960 1a? I was not a fan at first but man... Those Patek guys know how to push your buttons. Thoughts and comments would be appreciated. Thanks guys,
Just got my second rolex!!!!!
After waiting 3 long years, I just purchased my second Rolex a few days ago. It's a pre-owned 16233 TT Datejust T series, silver dial, fluted bezel and jubilee bracelet. The watched was serviced by RSC in September of 2017 and carries a two year warranty, full set with original papers. I got a great deal on it from a local AD, and couldn't be happier!First time posting Pics, any suggestions will be helpful, thanks!
