Is The Swatch Group Interested In Fighting Apple Over The iWatch Trademark?
Swatch Group, one of the largest companies in the watch world, is defending its "iSwatch" trademark in anticipation of an iWatch from Apple - one of the most valuable companies in the world. Going on the offense and filing disputes to defend the iSwatch mark may be the correct course of action for Swatch if Apple does indeed choose to name their very likely upcoming smartwatch product "iWatch."The situation is seemingly simple. The Swatch Group, which owns the watch brand Swatch has been using the iSwatch name for several years as related to a product collection. Swatch anticipates that Apple will release a product called "iWatch" in the near future and is using legal means to defend the iSwatch name claiming that the term iWatch would be confusingly similar to iWatch in certain parts of the world such as the United States. Gaining eBay Trust: Positive Feedback To Positive Results
Buying on eBay is always an attractive option until you are faced with a questionable seller (or buyer for that matter). The item looks good, but it might be too good to be true, or you want to make sure you are getting your money's worth. Face it, there is an extent of caveat emptor (buyer beware) on eBay, but you can easily reduce your chances of ever having an unmanageable experience buy using feedback on eBay to your advantage. For the uninitiated, eBay allows users to score each other with feedback ratings. You either had a good or bad transaction with someone, and more recently you can give people sub-ratings based on more specific factors. In addition to your "positive" or "negative" feedback, you have a little of room to discuss or explain a situation. This is where you will do your more harm, or cause the most damage. Feedback is more or less permanent, and is very difficult to alter or remove. Giving feedback should be done with care, and after you have had a full opportunity
Yet another incoming!
Hi all, have been looking for a Patek since the beginning of this year. I registered for the 5990 in the London salon and was told the wait would be around 9 months. When I dropped back in recently it was up to 3 years.So.... I decided to grab this..The more I wear it the more I like it, I also think with the rubber band it's much easier to live with and wear everyday. Just to top it off would you believe about a week after I got it the London salon emailed to say the 5990 was available....
Unique Piece ...!!
I've visited my local AD and saw this unique pocket watch. On reality its a piece of art. Perpetual calendar minute repeater with baguette, ruby and labaz stones. You cannot stop looking to it all the time. The sound of Repeater is just STUNNING!. When you carry it on your hand you easy feel that you're carrying a real treasure.Price??!!. Unfortunately its NOT for sale!!!. Even Patek Philippe asked them to resell it to their Museum but AD apologized!!.Pics (I forgot to take the case back pics but its not less than front's beauty) ...Hope you guys like it ....Have a great moments all.
