For me, the Franc Vila brand is really all about the fun of Spanish. Founder Mr. Franc Vila is a Spaniard, even though the watches are Swiss Made. Vila himself is one of the most pleasurable people to listen to speak, as his particular form of Spanish-accent-based speaking is perhaps difficult to understand at times, but endlessly entertaining. Hi all, have been looking for a Patek since the beginning of this year. I registered for the 5990 in the London salon and was told the wait would be around 9 months. When I dropped back in recently it was up to 3 years.So.... I decided to grab this..The more I wear it the more I like it, I also think with the rubber band it's much easier to live with and wear everyday. Just to top it off would you believe about a week after I got it the London salon emailed to say the 5990 was available....
