Stowa Partitio Review
When one thinks of Stowa, there are a few watches that immediately spring to mind. Front and center are the iconic Fliegers, followed closely by their Marine chronometers and the Antea series. But there is another watch in Stowa's catalogue that almost never gets mentioned, overshadowed by its more popular siblings: the Partitio Klassik. The Partitio is the hidden gem of Stowa's lineupa classically styled 3-hander that may offer their greatest value, especially given today's favorable exchange rates for American buyers. PO 42mm weight : is it really unbearable ??
Unfortunately my relationship with the amazing IWC Galapagos is not working as expected so I've decided to put it for sale and go back to a more simple watch, just plain steel, time and date.I already own a Sea Dweller, wich I admit it took me quite a bit to get used to it's weight. I'm finely tuned with it now and I barely remember it's there,do you think I may noticed the further weight increase wit the PO (42mm,bracelet) ??A lot of enthusiastic reviews on the web about the PO,but the weight issue is something always mentioned.Wrist test at ADs has been done several times, but you know the feeling...when you are at an AD most of the times emotions take over and everything seems perfect....

5 tick maxi dial
Hi all,Considering making my first Rolex purchase after a couple years of Omegas. Can someone please clarify: is the LV definitively the only Rolex ever that has the glossy, white gold surrounds, maxi dial with the 5 ticks Swiss made? I'm sure with all the Rolex knowledge on this forum, this can be concluded. Thanks!
