In-house movement for 26320/26331
I saw an interview on YouTube where a journalist asked the president of AP if they were doing a in-house movement for the Royal oak chronograph. He said it's already done we just need to figure out the best way to roll it out. I am wanting to buy a classic 26320st but wondering if I should hold out. I like the same size subdials in the 26320st compared to the 26331. Do you think they will stick with the odd size subdials if they go in-house and two tone dial? Do you think In house will lower the value of the 26320st or will it hold strong? Is no in house movement a deterrent for anyone else when considering the 26320? Although I do like the F piguet movement and appreciate it. Thanks for any chit chat about the issueJosh

Tried the rose gold version at my AD today. Thought I'd share a couple pics:ImageUploadedByTapatalk1367680270.391931.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1367680284.586001.jpgCheers!
Red dot
I recently picked up the newest version of the speedmaster pro hesalite and although I bought it preowned it still had stickers. I was also assured the watch was never opened (DavidSW) and I trust the guy! But I don't see a red dot! I love the watch and i wouldn't get rid of it or anything like that. I just wanted to know if I should've had one on my speedy. Can anyone comment on whether or not omega is still doing the red dot? There doesn't seem to be much literature out there on this. I've only read a few posts saying omega stopped doing red dots but the majority report having red dots on their casebacks. Some report the dot falls off after cleanings and what not. I'd ask specifically for those who have speedys with serial # starting with 8 or newer 7 serials since we know previous models had them.
Just for a change of pace...
Don't get me wrong, I love the Nautilus as much as the next guy, but just for a change, I present to you a 5296G on a matte blue Camille Fournet strap. If you have an itch that needs to be scratched without waiting for several years, go pick one of these up, probably at a discount! It is clean, it is simple, it has perfect proportions, you can dress it up or down...
Summer/Casual watch decision
So I am looking to add another watch to the (very small) collection and am going back and forth on options and would welcome any opinions from the community! This will be to add to a GMT Master (worn in the office during the week) and a Royal Oak Chronograph stainless steel (worn for occasions/evening wear. The aim will be to upgrade this to a Rose Gold version in future but that's one for another day).I really want something to wear with jeans and a t-shirt on weekends, or around the swimming pool. I have a holiday coming up and fancy something new!Budget circa 12k GBP, and the options I am looking at are as follows;Patek Aquanaut 5167; + = it's a Patek! I've started to really hanker after a Patek and I like the 5167 over the 5711. Understated elegance. Value retention. Will go with anything. Rubber strap, ideal for it's purpose.- = I don't want to pay overs and if I wait around for one from an AD it'll be summer 2025 by the time it lands Royal Oak Offshore Diver;+ = I love the AP br
