Blancpain Villeret Chronographe Monopoussoir Quantime Complet
Blancpain is creating some aesthetic pleasures with its reinterpretations of the Villeret collection, which started last year. At Baselworld, the manufacture from Le Brassus showed a single-pusher chronograph with complete calendar and moon phases. This complicated watch, available in two versions, features classic dials that are both highly attractive and highly legible. Find wallpaper and pricing inside. This model is equipped with Calibre 66CM8, a movement that provides optimal user friendliness. The complete calendar and moon phase mechanisms have been designed to avoid risk of damaging the movement during setting. The movement consists of 450 components, including 35 jewels, in a package measuring 32 x 7.5mm with a power reserve of 40 hours. The indications are adjusted by means of under-lug correctors, a patented Blancpain innovation allowing fast correction without any need for a pointed instrument. Patek Philippe "Geneva Boutique" Rue de Rhone Classic Calatrava Ref. 5565 Limited Edition Mens Watch Available
In virtually all the watch auctions I see, Patek Philippe watches are of the most common "high yield" lots. It amazes me that even Patek Philippe watches that are just a few years old auction for more than the retail price. This is certainly not the case with most watches, but it can safely be said that Patek Philippe watches are 'investment grade.' To a degree it is difficult to determine which watches will be worth the most. This depends on many factors, but the good news is that virtually all limited edition Patek Philippe watches DO retain value very well. Here is a very nice classically styled Calatrava homage watch, the Ref. 5565. The watch was released as a limited edition of 300 in 2006 in celebration of the newly opened boutique (at the time) in Geneva on Rue de Rhone. On the rear of the stainless steel watch is a delicate engraving of the building with the commemorative description;?? "1839 - 1892 - 2006." A lot of history right there. Inside the watch is a manually-wound Pate
My Rolex with aftermarket parts- Need advise
Hello,I'm new to this forum and I admittedly don't know much about watches.... but I want to learn. I was given a 1968 Rolex Presidential. The watch is 18K white gold with an aftermarket dial and band. The band is not made by Rolex and it's 18k yellow gold which rhodium plated to match the watch and looks exactly like a genuine Rolex band. I was told the band weighs 67.5 grams. Also, the dial is aftermarket. It's bright blue with diamonds where the numbers should be (except at 12:00 where it has the day of the week)Thank you.
Tudor Rivited Bracelet
I'm thinking about getting a Black Bay. I want the red bezel with the rose on the dial. Can you get an OEM riveted bracelet? What is the cost? Thanks.
