Watches NEWS
That escalated quickly..
Hi guys! After being an enthousiast for a while, this weekend the moment I became a watch owner was finally there! Having had no previous luxiourious watch, You could say I went from zero to a hundred acquiring this ap 15400 as a first watch. But It is the watch that instantly captured my imagination 2 years ago, and has never left since. Literally a dream coming true! Shoutout to my homie Arjan93 for helping me get a very good deal! For now I remain in the new watch honeymoon phase! Cheers
My first and definitely NOT my last!
Came across my decision for my very first Ap, the 44mm ROO SS. Hopingto pay the local distributor a visit in a couple of weeks to try on the RG.. Thenmaybe the SS will have a big brother soon! What a promising brand!
Fois 2017
It has been nearly 5 years since the watch was released after Baselworld 2012. A lot of what Omega are planning for the 60th of the speedy moonwatch has been discussed and speculated over the last few months.I was wondering if anything will be announced for the FOIS for 2017. Last year's CK2998 was a limited edition so was not readily available. I would love to see a similar colour change for the current FOIS. So discontinue the black dial and bring out another numbered version of the panda with the white dial would be my perfect watch. This could make it a decent and viable option for those seeking a smaller speedy but don't want to go down the racing/reduced route.

Rolex 14060/M Submariner: Dial and inserts versions
I've just came across a very interesting read comparing the variants of 16610LV and it appears that there are 8(!) variants produced in a very short time span:.network54/Forum/20759...ary+Submariner(Hope is ok to post links to external forum)Some very subtle differences mark the different versions. I've started to dig in for similar info regarding the 14060 versions as I found out that the watch that I own a F-serial 14060M have a Fat Four bezel insert exactly as in the some LV variants (e.g. Mark 1 and Mark 2).It appears that Rolex used the Fat Four bezel inserts on certain Submariner models produced in 2003/4 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Submariner watch.More info /confirmation of the above will be appreciated!More interestingly, on some dial variants of the 14060M the Swiss Made (below 6 o'clock) index spans over 5 minute ticks and on some over 3 minute ticks.I know, to some people these sort of details are quite boring and uneccessary but I love them - they make me ap
