Richard Mille RM030 Watch
The new complication here in the Richard Mille RM 030 is quizzical to me. The idea is that the automatic rotor detaches from winding the mainspring is full. The mainspring has a total power reserve of 50 hours, when it gets down to 40 hours, the rotor reattaches thanks to a type of clutch. Why? To theoretically assist with keeping the movement as safe as can be. Leave it to the people who make watches for use in tennis matches to consider the happiness of little machines. Incoming - RG 44mm
Had my eye on this all summer and after Brexit made things tougher for us Brits I finally landed my dream AP. The RG 44 is a truly magnificent piece, muscularly beautiful and dynamic. In fact it has so many visual delights that I did something I haven't done in 20 years, I missed my tube/train stop.It actually wears a bit smaller than I remembered and while it is a big watch, its lugs fall just within my 6.8 inch wrists and feels fine.Big thanks to Alex and his epic and inspirational 44 thread.

Hi Guys,I am planning to trade in my AP ROO NOv FC which I have had for the past 6 months now for the Jarno Trulli LE. I really love the FC and have enjoyed wearing this day in and day out.However, the urge to pick up something new has now arisen and I came across a mint Jarno Trulli at a local dealer... Would you consider this trade or should I save up and go in for a possible Red Gold or Schumacher later.Appreciate your views.Thanks,Abner

Help with 1st PO purchase please!!!!
I currently own a IWC Portuguese Auto 5001-07 with the white dial and blue numbers and I am looking to buy more of a sport watch to add to my collection. I was debating between a Panerai and a Omega PO. I really like the look of the older style PO-2500 movement where the dial matches the bezel. I know the new style is ceramic and their in-house movement is excellent but I don't know if I love the matte finish on the bezel and it does not match the dial. I know that might seem crazy and maybe it will grow on me. So with that being said, i really like the idea of the titanium le however I am wondering if anyone knows if they will be coming out with a black version titanium next yr. I like the blue but I don't think I love it. Lastly, I am trying to decide between the 42 or 45mm and any advice would be much appreciated. I have over 7 1/2 inch wrists if that matters. I apologize for the long post but thanks in advance for any help on which model you would buy. I am also looking to rot

Just kidding...these stickers came off almost 80 years ago!Getting together with my college theater group for our yearly black tie shindig, and this is the go-to piece.
