New 2014 ROO Owners please help
Hi everyone,I'm looking at picking up my very first AP. For a long time I was debating between the 15400, ROC, and ROO. I have since settled on the ROO. And initially settled on the ROO Panda. However, after seeing the new ROO models, I have decided to get one of those. The ceramic parts + the sapphire caseback really pushed me over the edge. I'm deciding between the Safari, Black/Red and Grey elephant. I am going to go to an AD to try them all on before deciding for sure, but I wanted to know some of the opinions of owners here! Does anyone own more than 1 of these? I am leaning more toward the New Safari, but am afraid the brown tones may be difficult to match (especially in a more formal setting), where the grey elephant may still pull off relatively formal attires, the safari might not. I've heard that the Safari does not look good in photos. But look extremely amazing in person. Looking forward to hearing any opinions / comparison photos / photos /wristshots of these beautiful ROO'

526 Regatta?
what does everyone think of the Pam 526? I really like the dial and was surprised that it wore comfortably because of the titanium and the rubber strap. I know it's a watch that doesn't exhibit the classic Panerai characteristics and it's quite costly. Is it a strong seller? How is the movement's reliability? Any owners here? Thanks in advance.
4weeks 4rolex!
Hi TRF, I realize when I'm active on the forum, I start buying. In the pass 4 weeks or so, I have purchased 4 Rolex's. You may have seen my post before or the purchase of the 116509 steel dial Daytona, followed by the Batman. This week Monday i pick up my first vintage Rolex, a Sub circa 1985. Thou I am not a vintage smart but I met Fred RED1108NYC , whom share a lot of his knowledge with me in the purchase. Over all I'm happy to with my purchase and since I'm just starting into vintage I'm only buy 1985, starting off with my birth year. Yesterday a second vintage arrived, watch was serial dates to 1984, but the original purchase receipt was 10/10/1985, thou its not my birthday but it's close. I decided to make the move to purchase it from John SPRINGER . Yesterday was busy, just had the chance to try the watch and whoa for a 32 year old watch I can't believe the condition it was kept in. Very pleased. Again very please with my purchase from both TRF members, it is my first time buyi
Watches passing airport x-rays
Hi all I was wondering with all the problems that can faced with magnetisation and such. Should have any concerns putting a watch into an x-ray machine. Possibly a very outdated noob question but I'm learning. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
