Tutima Watches' Secret Flight School
Seems as though a few times a week I am informed about a new pilot watch. Brands like to talk about how this feature helps pilots with this, and how aviators love that. Apparently someone uses a slide-rule bezel, and being able to see 12 timezones at once is useful. Without knowing what people who fly actually use and need, it is hard for me to discuss these pieces on a level above being a watch nerd. It is for that reason that I am happy to have finally got a taste for flight, and what aviator watches are trying to do, and trying to emulate.I am far from a pilot, but I did get a chance to finally do something in the sky. Tutima graciously invited me to check out their airfield near Salinas California. Joining the AP club!
I got this in the mail today. My first AP. Everything about this watch is amazing. The 15400 is the perfect size and really carries a lot of wrist presence. I have a feeling many of my other watches will be jealous of the wrist time this is going to get. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

No Date Patek 5711 ...interested?
I love the clean 5711 dial but I believe that it would be even more beautiful and balanced without the date window.My understanding is that Patek no longer produces bespoke versions but perhaps if enough were interested...The question is would you be?

Rolex 16233 Lume
Hello forum world! Just pickup up a T serial 16233. Dial is a T Swiss Made T and lume is still glowing, correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't this be a tritium lume for that year? and most likely not lume anymore?Matt
