Auction Watch: Sotheby��s April Auction Shows Tepid Results, But Doesn��t Lose Ground

Help with C series 5402
This watch is supposed to be a C series, but the AP logo is on top, not the bottom. I know for the A series it would definitely be on the bottom and don't recall seeing any other C series with the logo on top, but don't know if this true for all C series. Also, I have never seen a blue dial on a 5402, but I'm not an expert. If you are, I would really appreciate your thoughts on the authenticity and originality of this piece. For me 25% return of new watches to the manufacture for defects is just crazy, especially for a brand like AP.Does anyone know about this and have any explanation about how such a thing is even possible?Always thought that AP were nearly flawless watch movements and that you could buy your eyes closed, not according to my grey dealer, since I was hesitating between that one and a Blancpain, that he doesn't have, he told me it would be better to get the BP, that they didn't
