15305 pricing?
I remember they were around 23-24k euros couple months ago brand new. Now the cheapest I found is 29k euros. Is that normal? There was price increase or anything?Cheers,Salih
NY Omega Boutique
Was in the NY Omega Boutique today to see if they would adjust my Seamaster Professional as it was running about 6 seconds slow per day. They adjusted the watch while I waited and it is now running approximately 1 second per day fast. They did not charge me for the adjustment even though the watch is about 10 years old. While there I checked out the new PO with the ceramic bezel. This is one impressive watch. The limited edition version in TI with the blue dial and the blue liquid metal bezel is really beautiful, but expensive. I have a feeling that Omega is not going distribute very many of these models to retail stores in NY. You are going to be forced to buy them at the boutique at full list price if you want to buy in NY.
I finally let the 5650 Breathe!
Today was the day to open my Advanced Research 5650. I was surprised this watch was an application piece and even more shocked when it was approved. The certificate, like the 5575, came with my name already printed on it from Patek Philippe.The 5650 is a totally different animal from the 5164. It feels like three or four times the weight giving it a different vibe. It is a beautiful watch!Here are the pics comparing my 5164 and the 5650 along with some outdoor pics. Cape cod?
I got cape cod coming. Got a small scratch on the bezel which appears when under direct light. It's annoying. Shall I cape cod it? Or leave it? And no I won't sell it or omg it's a tool watch wear it like it's worn no. I like to keep my things looking pristine.
