Piaget Watches Commemorate 30th Anniversary Of Piaget Polo
To celebrate the 30th anniversary of its legendary watch Polo, Piaget will present four new additions to this famous collection of watches in 2009.
Found: F.P. Journe's Souscription Tourbillon #9, The Ninth Journe Ever, For Sale
While Phillips' second Geneva sale features some monumental vintage pieces from Rolex, Patek, Vacheron, and others, they also have a few modern pieces that have collectors buzzing – none more so than this Tourbillon Souveraine from F.P. Journe. But this isn't your typical Journe tourbillon – nay – this is one of his legendary "Souscription" Tourbillons – the first 20 wristwatches he ever made under his eponymous brand. 1 OF 4 Borrowing a page from A-L Breguet's book, Francois-Paul Journe did not have the necessary capital to launch his own label back in 1998. Incoming: custom speedmaster
Howdy, I just got my customized speedie, and I love it. A definite frankenwatch of all original Omega parts. The Mitsukoshi dial and handset. A 35th anniversary case and the 1861 movement. A couple pics and excuse my hairy arms. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Im also totally with you
Incredibly happy and excited to be wearing this rose gold piece.
Complimentary Panerai
I love my Panerai watches. It's nice to have a different case plus a different look. For example, I have a 112 (Luminor 44mm, no date, no seconds hand, sandwich dial) and a 514 (Radiomir, 50s style case, transition type model, 47mm, date and seconds). Very different watches. Both have rather flat sapphire crystals. I'm going to get a 424 next - round crystal, classic Radiomir case/lugs and very different California dial. No date of course. What are your favorite combos?
