Erwin Sattler Mixes Old & New Perfectly With The Trilogie Watch, Clock, & Winder Combo
Here is a piece of innovative watch technology and integration from a brand you probably haven't heard of. That is OK, because Erwin Sattler does not tend to make wrist watches. As a segue into dabbling in this market, they built a steampunk looking device that is very beautiful and functional combining a watch, watch winder, and clock. All in an expensive looking (and costing) crystal and leather case (the crystal case can be lifted electronically). The various elements of the Trilogie set can be traced to Switzerland, Germany, and Austria.Lets start with the watch itself. Using a modified Swiss automatic Valjoux 7750 movement Erwin Sattler creates an attractive regulator with a classic looking, yet high functional look. While the dial may look white, it is actually solid sterling silver. The watch is impressively large at 46mm, which I love because most of the time classically styled watches such as this are 42mm or smaller. I have no doubt that this Erwin Sattler watch will look imp
Chopard L.U.C is attached to rubber fasteners and three of lever
Just say the word "Vortex" and you most fans of shows drooling. But even in such field thin, Chopard L.U.C. engine a vortex is a race apart. The result of years spent participating in the race on the part of the owners of the business, the vortex of an engine draws its inspiration from the engine of a car, both in style and substance. The manual movement - which, as a whirlwind, turns in his case once every 60 seconds to stay specific and double as a second hand in and of itself - is attached to rubber fasteners and three of lever.
Tried out the Moonwatch today. First impression
I have no experience with the Moonwatch but thought I share my first impression. Is the vintage look that I love about this watch! Not a fan of the metal band. Nato band would look awesome for the causal days.I am a bit shock at the price tag! I close to Subc price~Overall, I have to admit, it is not as exciting as trying out a new Rolex. My view only, other may not agree. I will look for a used moonwatch over new one I think. :)Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Question about Security Mark and Red Dot
I was wondering if all of the new ceramic PO's and ceramic Seamaster's have the red dot and security engraving (Omega globe logo) on the case back?I was talking to a friend about it and we were wondering if anyone has a definitive answer - I thought all new ones would have these attributes, yet it seems like there are some without???Thanks for your help!
Will the Oyster Perpetual 36 Blue be discontinued?
Long shot, but does anyone know if the Oyster Pereptual 36 Blue (116000 - with the 3-6-9 Arabic numerals) will be discontinued after Baselworld 2018?I'm waiting until after Baselworld April 2018 to buy the watch (in case there's something I like more that comes out during Baselworld), but if it might be discontinued then I might just buy it now...A salesperson at a boutique told me that it might be discontinued, since it's the only color of the OP36 that wasn't 'upgraded' to sticks instead of 3-6-9 Arabic numerals in 2014...Thanks!
