Omega ck2998 or seamaster 300 master coaxial
Good evening everyone,My omega AD called to let me know they could place me on a list for the new ck2998 speedmaster. I'm contemplating maybe just getting a FOIS or seamaster master co-axial diver 41mm. I like versatility with my timepieces swapping out nato straps, leather bands, and bracelets at times. I would have to source a bracelet for the speedys if I do choose that model. I know they are 2 different watches but just want to hear everyones thoughts considering the ck is a LE piece. Thanks in advance!
Grail: Planet Ocean Seamaster Chronograph
My friend just bought his grail watch and was kind enough to let me take some pics of it. I think it is just great looking and massive as well. Are there many more out there? I just haven't seen many in the wild.
Need help on an Omega
Guys I am usually a Rolex guy, but I have just came across an Omega Speedmaster, I must say I have no clue where to even begin on this watch. Here is what I do know. The numbers on the inside of the watch back are 105012-66. The band is an omega band but the gentleman told me it is not original. Also the case back has been engraved. What can you tell me about this watch? When was it made? What is the value on something like this? Thanks and hope to learn something about this watch.
plus 6 a day, every day
I bought my gmt in march this year, this is its accuracy, +6 seconds every dayI wear it constantly, does it need a tweak at rolex?
Real mad at Rolex and ADs!!!!!!
If you think of it, a lot of us here consider it a privilege to get the mighty call to go spend $12k+ for a daytona or to be honored to make it to the blessed waiting list for a $10k hulk!!!It should really be the other way around!! When I'm spending $10k on an unnecessary item (luxury and completely unnecessary) paying premium, where the dealer is making upwards of 40% off of me I would expect to be treated with utmost respect not the stories I read here about dealers keeping those pieces for their favorite customers!! I understand the supply and demand and might understand keeping supply less (slightly) than demand to keep value but what's doing on now is crazy!! Unless Rolex messed up big time estimating their production volume for the year, they are going out of business (highly doubt it) or have a sadistic CEO I don't get it!!But for ADs to supply grey market and deprive high paying customers that I do not get at all!!!I'm just mmmmaaaaaaaddddddd There isn't any unnecessary item
