New Breitling Book and Chronomat B01 Launch
On Thursday May 28, Breitling’s new Chronomat B01 chronograph with manufacture movement goes on sale at 33 select retailers across the USA. See the table below for a complete list. Just in time for the launch, Breitling announced the publication of “Breitling The Book” by Herv Genoud, the comprehensive new reference work that documents the brand’s 125 year history. With 336 pages and more than 450 images, the story covers everything from the first pocket watches created by Lon Breitling in 1884 through today's instruments for professionals , and along the way the invention of the first independent pushpiece in 1915, the separation of the stop/start and reset functions in 1923, the invention of the second independent pushpiece in 1934, and the first selfwinding chronograph in 1969. The Book also documents the close links between Breitling and the aeronautical world going back to the days of the aviation pioneers. Discover the famous onboard chronographs an
Why is the RG Montoya comparatively unloved?
What am I missing? It seems a nice watch to me but hear very little about them on here?
My next purchase (PO) ?
Hello all,I am really considering a PO 2208.50.00 on the steel braceletfor my next purchase. I have seen it in the past ,but allof a sudden it really hit me. There is something about that thin orange stripe, black face.....I guess it's justsimple elegance .....unless there are any strong pointsagainst this or better recommendations , this will be nextANY THOUGHTS ???
Why did such mania set in?
I have been a PP and Nautilus fan for a long long time. During many periods you could not give these things away. I have noticed that in the last 2-5 months that prices for certain things have just exploded. Just about every Nautilus s now hard to get and the same thing has happened with several Rolex sports models. You can't get a new Sea Dweller or Sky Dweller and Daytonas have gone back to their original scarcity as opposed to being the easiest hardest watch to get. A 5711 or 5712 is now like asking a dealer for a Daytona regardless of price. I actually talked to a watch sure owner yesterday who said I just won't deal in them anymore because it makes everyone unhappy. What the hell is going on??
One Rolex (or not?), used or new, 10k budget
What's the answer? Currently enjoying the BLNR, on the waiting list for the SS BLRO (and a Zenith Defy 21 on a bracelet). Been debating a WG or YG Day Date 18038/9...I love gold but hate scratches- that's why I don't have one yet.Daily wearer, none of that safe nonsense. And obviously this is a subjective thread, so you don't have to respond with the standard whatever you like the most! quote. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
