Special Moments and the Quest for a Watch
My first post here on the forum. I am also a neophyte to the watch scene. There have been some standout moments in my life. Those moments were not only rewarding in and of themselves but changed the way I viewed the world. Leaving home for college, I remember thinking how my life had been mostly scripted up until that point. As I pulled out of my parents driveway, headed west, the possibilities seemed endless. How does your AD deal with issues?
So I purchased a second watch recently from an AD, and it wasn't to my expectations (crown appeared not to always engage position 2 or 3, date seemed to change at 2am intermittently). If you purchased a new watch and it had issues from new, would you expect your AD to replace or refund, or offer a repair in the first couple of days of ownership?1. Would you expect a replacement if available2. Would you expect a refund3. Would you be happy with a repair
Scratches on Submariner second hand?
I was cleaning my watch today and noticed what looks like scratches on the second hand. I'm curious to know if anyone else has noticed something like this on their watch. It's only really visible under magnification which I know is OCD but just wanted to see if this was considered normal or not. Was very difficult to photograph and definitely is not a reflection or glare. See photo below:
shall you expect a discount for the 2017 seadweller?
