Pre-Basel: Breitling for Bentley GMT “V8”
To celebrate the launch of the Continental GT V8 with its powerful new 4.0 V8 engine, Breitling has created a 250-piece limited series of the Bentley GMT chronograph. Its distinguishing feature is the mobile inner city bezel created in a metallic red shade, creating a sporting contrast with the black dial. This vivid splash of color reflects the red background of the Bentley emblem that sets the Continental GT V8 model apart from other models. Find the USA price (for the watch) inside. The Bentley GMT offers a clever multiple timezone display. It is equipped with an additional red triangle-tipped hour hand completing one rotation every 24 hours. The pushpiece housed in the left side of the case adjusts this hand forward in one-hour increments in order to display the second timezone C while distinguishing between day and night hours. Thanks to a rotating inner bezel bearing the names of the 24 cities, the user can also instantly read off the time in all the world's timezones in relation
Strap for AP ROO 44MM Steel
Please suggest where can I get an alternate strap for my AP ROO 44MM steel. Also which is the best looking strap apart from the original black rubber strap?
Advice: Audemars Diver to buy or not to buy?
Hey guys,Recently I asked you about a Audemars Diver and you prevented me from making an expensive mistake. Now an Audemars Diver is for sale at a dealer next to me with a solid reputation. It says that it was serviced at WEMPE (one of the largest jeweler chains here in Germany). Can you tell me if this Diver is ok and if the service was made properly (I'm little concerned that it wasn't serviced at Audemars):.bachmann-scher.de/de/Aude...-New-8875.htmlThanks in advance for your advice.
The Moon Watch Lands In Paris
I had the pleasure of visiting the City of Lights a few weeks ago. Wondering about in the frigid afternoon, I took shelter in the Omega boutique. I spotted another traveler...he was also a fan of the Omega Speedmaster Professional. Somehow, I think he's getting more frequent flyer miles...Great display, and an impressive boutique.
5167R or other RG?
Hi all, my question is simple, I have an AP ceramic diver, black, am getting back in a few months THE watch I loved the most out of all I've had, the PP 5712, and I'm considering the 5167R.Might sound stupid as I'm not a huge RG fan, but I would like to be at 3 watches and think a RG piece should be in there, the idea of having 3 watches of different materials and appearance interests me, I wouldn't want 1 SS, 1 WG and 1 PT for example, yeah different materials but they look alike. What I like about the PP is the ultra thin and light, the rubber strap, the brown dial which looks really cool, the fact that even if it's RG it's very under the radar, and good WR.Do you think it's a good choice, would you choose this one as third or would you have other suggestions? If you have it needs to be on rubber, and probably no more than 40-45K, and basically that's it, don't hesitate to tell me your opinion and ideas if you think I should get another model. Thanks in advance guys
