Linde Werdelin The Perfect Five Video Trailer 2
Linde Werdelin Continues the anticipation up to the release of their graphic novel series called The Perfect Five. Here below is a brand new video teaser/intro into the world of the Perfect Five. Don't worry if it is a little bit confusing at first - that is the point. It is a mystery. You can read more about what the the Perfect Five is all about here when I originally discussed it.Stay tuned for more The Perfect Five content from Linde Werdelin watches.
Although we wouldnt have mind that Burberry added a plastic crystal
Furthermore, the stainless steel case has a diameter of 40mm which is perfect for most men (and women these days). Although we wouldn't have mind that Burberry added a plastic crystal on this watch, being all heritage and 1950s and all, there is a scratch resistant sapphire crystal on top of this Visodate. Perhaps even better, as a plastic crystal would scratch quite easily and that looks a bit silly on a dress watch.
Watch damage dilemma
I have managed to damage my 5170J - whilst the picture isn't the best you can see two deep indents on the edge of the case close to 3 o'clock.I think this was due to my metal cuff link banging and then indenting into the case.Whilst it looks relatively minor to the naked eye - it keeps catching my eye.The question is a) do i send it to Patek for it to be polished or b) do i leave it as it is.Do Patek polish cases without servicing a watch and will it have an impact on the resale value (although i do not have any plans to sell it) if it has been refurbished?Any input is appreciated.
Spare of the moment purchase
As a Rolex fan, I've not had a Panerai for the last few years. I sold my first and only PAM 104 to a work colleague about three years ago and bought myself a Sea Dweller with the funds.Years have passed and I've never gave any though to owning another Panerai, until last night.Whilst doing a weekly food shop I was drawn to the Panerai boutique window, once inside I looked at all of the high end Panerai's only to keep going back to the Submersible in the shop portal window. Anyway to cut a long story short within ten minutes I was a PAM 0024 owner and back in the Panarai gang again.Pictures to follow.
