This is my first aviator style watch and my first Hamilton. I will try and keep my observations as objective as possible.? I really do like this watch even if it does have a bit of the Swatch Group stench from it. Let me clarify, the Swatch Group does not stinkbut corporate culture when it comes to watch making does. "Make sure this watch doesn't compete with this watch!" "We must consider brand value!" Union Glashutte is a great German brand, but I am afraid that the Swiss overlords are keeping it from its full potential. I mean, you really can't even get the Union Glashutte watches in the US, crazy right? Speedy model for sale at a Californian Burberry boutique
Even on our favorite Burberry Forum some people started to wonder whether it was a phantom Speedy or that it really exists. Well, we've definitely had it in our hands during our BaselWorld visit and in the meanwhile, we've seen a few photos floating around of this Speedy model for sale at a Californian Burberry boutique.

Which Aqua Terra is the better buy?
I'm looking to purchase a 41.5mm Aqua Terra with blue dial in the near future. There currently are 2 versions that are available. #1:.omegawatches/collecti...23110422103001This is the outgoing model with the brushed bracelet and the framed date window. #2:.omegawatches/collecti...23110422103003This is the new version with the updated movement and higher MSRP of $6000 vs $5500 of the older model. The new version does not have the framed date window and the new bracelet has polished center links. Personally I much prefer the older version, but thinking about resale maybe it is smarter to get the new one with the updated anti-magnetic movement? What do you guys think?

Posting an expensive watch
I was wondering who you guys use when sending expensive watches I have a Rolex explorer that someone has purchased but I have no other option than to send it via the post but I want to make sure it's insured to the full value of the watch so can anyone recommend a good courier please.
