WATCH WINNER REVIEW: Maurice Lacroix Pontos S Diver
Nick L. was the fortunate winner of the Maurice Lacroix Pontos S watch after our November 2014 watches-dealer giveaway. After receiving his watch, he was kind enough to snap some pictures and offer this winner watch review. This month you can enter to win a Swiss Claude Bernard Chronograph Automatic watch here. There are also still a couple of days left to enter to win a Tudor Heritage Chrono from TrueFacet here. Here is Nick's Maurice Lacroix Pontos S Diver watch review:I was extremely excited to find out that I had won this watch. I've entered almost every watches-dealer contest in the past 5 years or so, and to win one of the nicest watches that has been given away was quite a treat. Best Flip Method
I have a question for those members here that are experienced in flipping AP's or other high end brands. What form of sale is recommended? Trade in to AD or selling it yourself on Ebay, Chrono24, and etc... How much of a price difference can one expect between the 2 methods? Thanks in advance!

Not for the first time I’m hearing and reading that Rolex are looking to position themselves in the Uber luxury segment with reduced production likely to increase pricing thru demand. Currency fluctuations aside we haven’t seen a price increase for a number of years but the trend is there for all to see with preowned prices and if the reduced output strategy is only Half true I wonder if the end game may well be in sight for many more.Of course one could assume that others will fill the void, Omega ,JLC and IWC etc etc will no doubt step up and their watches will in turn increase exponentially until they too are symbols of ultimate luxury. Of course Nomos and other entry level watches will then fill that void and become the sought after brand of tomorrowI admit i may be being a little bit pessimistic but in an odd sort of way i’m largely done with Rolex for myself and any future buys will be gifts for my wife and daughter. In truth I’ve probably got all I coul
