Watches NEWS
Royal Oak offshore all year round watch?
I own the 44 mm Royal Oak Offshore in rose gold. Now that's its fall and getting cooler I find myself wondering if, due to the rubber strap, this is not more of a summer/vacation watch rather than an all year around watch? What's the general consensus on this? Can the Offshores be worn through the winter? Maybe I'm overthinking this...but I'm fairly particular about these things...
I found my pot of gold...
at the end of a rainbow. I hope you've all found yours.
Share you cool Breitling pics !
So I was a bit concerned that I wouldn't love this watch because of the weight, but I cant take it off my wrist now. Just messing with my camera, Everyone want to share their cool Breitling pics?
Thoughts on this 3590.50?
I've been looking for a tritium speedy, came across a 3590.50 at a decent price. Besides the case being heavily polished, is there anything I'm missing on the quality of this watch? 48.3m serial
Seeking technical knowledge
Wanted to see if there was some technical knowledge that I could pickup regarding my 5711 that is in for service.I sent it to Patek because it would no longer wind via the winding stem. The watch still ran and kept time when worn and wound by the rotor. The estimate came back and said that in addition to the service I also needed a reduction wheel and a balance bridge.A search does not reveal much.Does anyone know what these parts do and are there any images to show where they are in the movement? Thanks for any help.
