Romain Jerome Space Invaders Ultimate Edition Watch For Sale Online Only
In 2011, Romain Jerome announced a new co-operation with Taito, the Japanese company that originally manufactured its famous Space Invaders arcade game starting in the late 1970s. At this point, Romain Jerome's approach to blending watch design with different hobbies, historically important events and other, totally?non-horology related things is well known.?A few years ago, we went hands-on?with the Romain Jerome Space Invaders watch,?and today, we are looking at what the brand calls the Romain Jerome Space Invaders Ultimate Edition C a limited edition of just five pieces per color,?all exclusively available at the brand's eBoutique online. There are other watches, even by Romain Jerome, that?try to in one?way or another perpetuate a historically relevant and inimitable moment C such as the landing on the moon, the first?ever powered flight, the fall of the Berlin wall, etc. Here?that inimitable moment is?that of?the last Alien Invader being destroyed by the laser cannon C a more e

Accidental Rolex
This is how it started for me. I was 19 years old and in the U.S.Army stationed in Kassel Germany. The year was 1965. A friend of mine was previously assigned to the 82nd airborne. He had a beautiful watch he used to time his jumps from the aircraft. This watch had all kinds of buttons and knobs and I was really impressed. It was an Omega Sea Master. I owned literally nothing. Even the green uniform I wore belonged to the Army. I wanted one thing I could call my own. I saved my money for a few months. It's hard to save money when your pay is $127.00 a month. I drank about $100.00 a month in that Great German Beer. One Day I got on a train and headed for Frankfort. Arriving at the Post Exchange, I headed for the watch section and asked to see an Omega Sea Master. the sales Lady informed me they were all out of Omegas, but she said We have this. She handed me a watch with no buttons, no knobs, no stop watch, no nothing. However, It was a very nice looking watch. I asked what it, as I had
AD watches availability
Been reading al lot about SS models being unavailable on planet earth so on a whim went to my local AD this morning to put a deposit on the gmt master II and right in front of me the unicorn seadweller was displayed amongst other pieces. So just saying it was available and could have walked out with it but wore too large for my taste so stuck w my gmt master II game plan. Did I say they had two seadwellers? So much for rare . Also had a black and white exp II.Granted no Daytona in site aside from a hideous two tone ...Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
