How to apply loctite on screws?
Maybe a silly question...I have a Diver and I've always brought my watch to the boutique for bracelet/strap changes. It's far away though and pretty inconvenient. I have all the tools and I have different loctites (242, 243, 222MS), but I'm not sure how to apply the loctite. Do I just apply one very tiny drop on the female part of the thread of the screws and then screw it in? Am I over thinking this? Thanks for the help.
GSOTM in the flesh!
Well colour me surprised! Walking past an omega boutique I look in the window and staring back at me is a grey side of the moon! I didn't think they were available until next year but lo and behold there it was. As a DSOTM owner of course I had to go in and try it on. It is much more silvery and shiny than the pictures give away, very metallic looking. It's very pretty and the leather strap works extremely well with the watch. In fact I am hoping they release a black croc for the DSOTM. It took all my will power not to buy it there and then. I think two of the same model is excessive for me!Now do I prefer the GSOTM to the DSOTM?? Not sure is my answer right now. I think you cannot go wrong with either. Please enjoy some of the pictures! Patek 5396R or 5205 R
Hi guys, i am planning to have either one for X Mass and went to PP store and found both with white dial. The 5205 with black dial is on the waiting list. So I tried them and honestly I like both and couldn't decide. I wanted to compare with the 5146 but it was not available. Can you help please. Which one out the 3 would you pick? Cheers
Help me to find end-Pieces for a Tudor Date-Day
Hello, I'm sorry if i post this in the wrong corner of the forum, if so please guide me to the right place! :)I have an Tudor Oyster Prince Date-Day ref: 94613 (Two-Tone) and looking for the right end-pieces to match a Tudor 6248-20 Jubilee bracelet. Can't seem to find any specific information on what end-pieces to look for.Probably 596 or 597 but does any one know for sure? And where can I look to buy me a pair? Maybe there is a aftermarket option if original is hard to find these days? Many thanks in advance and for a great forum!
