Watchmaker Louis Erard founded his eponymous watch brand in 1931 in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. Now based in Le Noirmont in the Jura Valley, the brand has reinvented its collections in recent years under new CEO Alain Spinedi, offering a focus on mechanical movements with classical complications (and a particular emphasis on regulators) at affordable prices. So as I was commenting on my 15400ST incoming thread that I wanted to get the conversion kit to be able to rock a leather strap and that way is like having 2 watches lol one with leather the other with bracelet, just waiting a few more days to maybe score an oem deploying clasp cheaper than the boutique (fingers crossed)

PP 5990/1A Is it worth it?
Hi guys, need some help here. I first saw PP 5990/1A about a year ago. Immediately fell in love with it. But I ended up getting 2 other PP instead. 5712/1A and 5164/1A. Silly me, thought I will feel complete with these 2 watches. What do u guys think bout this piece? Is it too much to a SS? For that $ there are lots of choices out there. Do you think it's weird to have 2 Travel Time watch?

Just wondering if the 5070 was discontinued and had a short production run how come there's so many for sale on chrono24?...Any 5070 owner wanna give their opinion.
