AP ROO Warranty/Service
I'm sending in my AP ROO (~1.5 years old and under warranty) for warranty work as it is not holding power reserve and stops running within a few minutes. I decided to work directly with Clearwater instead of going through my AD and have received their shipping kit. With the kit came paperwork for identifying the issue and any work requests. Should I ask for the maintenance service and water resistance service when I send in my watch?

5711 - Clasp
I recently picked up another 5711 which I have worn a couple of times.From day 1 the bracelet link below the clasp edge has started to mark - I noticed this almost immediately. It appears that because the clasp fitting has some play in it when the watch is worn and moves on the wrist it scratches the edges of the bracelet link directly below it.As per the pics attached. I have other nautilus models and have never know this to be such a major issue before (albeit I do have a few marks on the same link). I know the clasp is a bit flawed but didn't realise it would start damaging the bracelet from day 1.

Hands
I apologize if this is in the wrong place but I didn't see another likely place for this. Are there black hands available for a 16233-3135 circa 1990 (as far as I can tell) Datejust.Bear with me bit and I'll explain why. I bought my first Rolex new in the late 70s. I was somewhat on a budget and one of the less ostentatious models caught my eye. The watch was a stainless/gold with stainless/gold jubilee band with gold crown on the clasp. It had a fluted bezel and a white face with painted black Roman numerals, and as I recall, black hands. Based on when I bought it I think it was a 16013. I came to love that watch. It was simple and elegant. (Apparently Rolex never offered that dial/hand combo again, at least as far as I can tell.
