The affiliated companies (by partners Steve Laughlin and Ralf Schreiner) are known for watches that draw from past designs as well as looks that are very original. Upgrading 5980/1A to 5980R
Hi, some of you may remember me posting in Audemars Piquet forum asking about trading my black steel 5980. Now, another dilemma emerged involving purely Patek brand this time. Should I trade my 4yr old 5980 + cash (~17,000usd) for brand new rose gold 5980? Admittedly, gold has recently become my thing of late. I would not have thought about this few years ago. I guess time has caught up with me, haha! Again, your thoughts are very much appreciated.
