Any info on this watch?
A friend offered to sell me this watch recently and I can't seem to find much info on it.I'm guessing it is late 60's/early 70's. Movement is signed JP Pingouin.Anybody know anything more about this watch?

Hi, I want to venture into Omega with a Seamaster... Am looking for a like new pre-loved one.. but in case I can't find one, want to get one with few swirls and get it polished so that I can start fresh...And good recommendations in the NYC area where I can get the watch polished and buffed without costing me an arm and leg ..?Please let me know... as I can's wait to get my hands on a Seamaster ASAP.

Then the forward looking part of me immediately took over and said if we are looking to spend $20K, why not consider other options within the same ball park?
