IWC continues its dedication to the Foundation Jacques - Yves Cousteau new shows Aquatimer Cousteau. This is not the first edition limited or special watches Aquatimer Cousteau name on it, that the last (and very cool I would add). The event that this model is used to recognize what wold is 100th anniversary of birth of Mr. Cousteau. The legendary scientist and patron of the oceans has inspired a generation to see what was going on under the water and take account of conservation and protection. The back of the watch is a simple engraved portrait of Jacques Cousteau.
Bumblebee
Been longing for one for a very long time. Years to be honest. Finally have it! Hopefully it's a keeper.
Mark on DSoTM date wheel..
Hey guys, wanted to get your input here.I purchased a brand new DSoTM with boxes/papers from a respected seller on here a few weeks ago. No issues with the watch, it's absolutely great. Today I was looking at the date and noticed this smudge(?) It's obviously magnified way up for this picture, but it's still *slightly* noticeable to the naked eye and kinda driving me crazy. I cycled through all the days and the 26th is the only one affected. Is this worth going to an AD about and possibly getting corrected or am I just being totally neurotic? Here's the link if the pic isn't showing upimgur/a/P2UYe
Patek Salon and Museum
A rainy day in Geneva. But still managed to visit the Patek Salon and Museum. I got a slightly larger tropical strap for my 5164A at the Salon. And got to try on a 5990, 5170, and 5930 (wow). Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Still narrowing it down. 16570 vs 116400
Hey guys. Sorry if you're being annoyed by these posts, I just appreciate the opinions of others when making these decisions Down to two. 16570 M serial with a 3186 movement and engraved rehaut (doesn't include warranty card but has box and booklets)($5500 Canadian shipped)Or 116400 V series. Black dial clear crystal. Has a small scratch on crystal at 5 o clock (purely cosmetic) but is full kit and overall good condition. ($6000 Canada FtF)Love both of these watches equally. Finding it difficult to make a decision. As a lot of you know, I currently own the 16600Thanks againSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
