Watches NEWS
Diver Back from service! great experience
Got my Diver back from Clearwater yesterday. It was running fast so I decided to send it in. They were very courteous and the watch came back in about 3 weeks, pretty quick turnaround! I also had them refinish the watch and it looks like new. Not a scratch or mark anywhere!
Patek UK Pricelist
Anyone received a new post 1 August list yet? My AD has decided to be difficult and not give me one!!
Everest Rubber for YMII
I'm interested in getting an Everest blue rubber strap for my YMII for summer. I see they make one for the regular YM but not the II. Has anyone here picked another model watch strap that works well with the YMII. I'm not interested in the Rubber B because I don't want to use my bracelet clasp. Incoming 41 Datejust
It has been an age since I have posted on here primarily because I sold all my pieces except my GMT iic. For all sorts of reasons I got into a place that I felt guilty having so many watches. Don't ask but I went from being an avid collector to one piece man avoiding forums like this! Anyway after a hiatus and just not being able to kick the habit I bought myself a Datejust 41. Just had too. Like and itch that needed scratching. Just love the blue. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
5 Digit vs 6
Those members that own both 5 and 6 digit models, how often do you find yourself wearing 5 digit references nowadays? This guy has been put away for a handful of years (wound etc. on occasion), since it wasn't getting much wrist time and I'm usually a keeper of all pieces I buy. I forgot how much I disliked the 5 digit clasps, but there is just something that seems more fun for lack of a better word about wearing these older pieces. While, the 6 digit certainly have a higher quality feel IMO. Do any of your 5 digits still make it into your daily rotations? I'm debating moving this one back into mine, but it seems my wrist may have grown since last I put this on. I may need to put a link in
