Watches NEWS
Introducing The Hublot Classic Fusion Extra-Thin Skeleton: Yes, "Hublot" And "Extra-T
No, your eyes do not deceive you. The same brand that brought you this is now showing, for the first time ever, an extra-thin watch! The announcement from Hublot came out today that they would be expanding their Classic Fusion line to include the extra-thin skeletons you see above. The Classic Fusion Extra-Thin Skeleton will be available in a LE of 1000 pieces in titanium and 500 pieces in gold.? They are sized at 45mm and feature a brand new movement, the HUB1300 hand-wound, that is only 2.9mm thick, with a power reserve of 90 hours. The skeletonized movement has a sub-seconds at 7 o'clock and this wath, apparently, has hands that are designed with the original Hublots in mind.No word on pricing but we do have lives pics below courtesy of Hublot Nation, so check em out.(via TZ / HublotNation) 2 OF 5 3 OF 5 4 OF 5 5 OF 5
Fellas...fill me in - who makes top notch aftermarket straps?
Ever since taking home my new love; ive been on the hunt for both a rubber and exotic material strap. From what ive researched; it seems OEM or AP Straps is whats available???Can someone please enlighten me and help a brother out?For my AP ROO 42mm Grey Novelty...aka ElephantMany thanks in advance.
Visit to Las Vegas AP Boutique
Stopped by yesterday just before my flight home. Unfortunately, I was the only WIS on my Guy's weekend away so I had to browse solo.I've read some differing opinions re status of this boutique but it's listed in the AP catalog as such...beautiful store. The only model I tried on was the white diver...nice, but looking a tad big for me.I was complimented on my 15300 by the sales girl and she made my visit pleasant. Interesting that I was the only customer in the store on a Sunday afternoon. Richard Mille and Heuer boutiques were also empty. Hope those shops do ok...
Breitling Claspd
Hi everyone,Just got myself a Superocean Steelfish 44mm Silver Dial (2008), my first Breitling.Still getting used to the weight of the watch, it is Heavy. (Much much heavier than my Rolex and Omega)Not sure if this topic came up before, It it possible to fit the Pro II Bracelet to the New Breitling Push Button Clasp?Would this not be the ideal combination? Security and easy adjustments.Maybe I should ask AD.Any thoughts?
5726 or 5712r: Have to make a decision today!
So I've been offered a 5726 on bracelet and a 5712r. I don't want both. I like the Rose gold on the 5712r but don't like the power reserve or the fact it has no date or sweep seconds. The cons on the 5726 are it's not precious metal and I feel the case would be too similar to my Aquanaut. But I like the annual calendar and the layout of the dial.Tough decision. I'm buying one. Both brand new from AD. Help!
