Rolex Submariner Two-Tone Watches For 2009: I Finally Caught The Fever
Rolex is the most powerful watch brand in the world. That does not mean Rolex watches are the best, or that they are worth the most. Rather that the brand itself has the highest value. It does this through a combination of working with incredibly fancy marketing firms such as M. Booth & Associates, in addition to its in-house people...and by having pretty nice looking watches. The secret Rolex formula has been attempted to be replicated on many occasions, but without success.? However, on an dollar for dollar measurement, Rolex outspends its competitors by nearly double when it comes to marketing and advertising. So you really are buying a name, but maybe it is a name worth buying. Rolex watches are of the few that when you sell them, you can usually get the same or more as when you bought them. That is power. And I sure as hell am not immune to it being a watch lover. I don't take keenly to all Rolex watches, but there are some you can't resist. No sane watch lover can deny that t

Patek Novice 5270G advice please
I am new to Patek, I have decided on a 5270G-01, my question to forum members (all responses very much appreciated), From all the 5270G dial variants is there any preferred dial version among collectors? Or is it just a matter of personal preference?thanks.
Rolex daytona ceramic panda dilemma
So I know a store that is selling the ever so popular daytona ceramic with the white face... It is pre owned but looks like new. Comes with box and card... They are asking 17k out the door...My dilemma... I'm not rich and I do have a sub ceramic but I want one more watch and that will be the daytona... The M.S.R.P is 12,500 plus tax at the AD, but obviously good luck getting one... So do you guys think in the next 5 to 10 years or so it will go back to normal and we will be able to buy one at the AD for M.S.R.P prices or you think it will even eventually be 17k or more at the AD and I should get it? I really don't want to over pay and this is not for an investment it is for me to wear the rest of my life but if ever god forbid I need to sell I don't want to lose especially in the thousands... Or get a two tone zenith daytona for 10k...
