Watches NEWS
Incoming...or so I thought?!
FedEx knocked at my door this morning and delivered a box that a jeweler's box from AP generally gets delivered in.instant...i thought did I do a deal drunk on TRF yesterday? ...then thought no...did I get my repair back from clearwater after only a week?.... and that was a definite no...so I couldn't figure it out, but I didn't want to open it quite yet. but then I did. and look what arrived! given that I've already sent two watches to Clearwater (one for repair, one for 3rd year warranty validation) and they never once sent either back in a box, Betsy promised me that she would send me one once they came back in stock.well, they kept to their word, and without warning one arrived! Looking forward to taking it with me on my next trip so that I don't need to leave my watch resting on a hotel nightstand!
Avenger Seawolf II....Cobra yellow dial!!
Saw one today at the AD. Yellow dial with the black rubber strap. Wow. Thinking of getting one. Anyone have one or an opinion? I prefer in house movements but the watch looked great! Thanks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Pure and simple
I even sold my 3940R for this watch and couldn't be happier.
Sub or GMT....that is the question.
Hi guys! I am new to the forum and have enjoyed learning from all the experts on here. I must say that this site has become somewhat of an obsession and I’m sure my productivity has suffered a bit since finding it. That said, I’m considering buying a Rolex and the two that I’m most interested in are the Sub and GMT Master II. I am particularly drawn to the blue/gold sub and the black/gold GMT. I have looked at both the old style and the new style (Ceramic) in each model. Obviously, my wallet would appreciate the older models more, but I’m torn on which way to go. I’ve also considered that if I went with the older model, I might even be able to do one of each for near what one in the Ceramic style would run. LOL! Just looking for opinions from members on which way to go with this. edited Cheers!
