How Screwed Is Watch Industry Thanks To Apple Watch?
During the launch of the Apple Watch, myself and thousands of other bloggers tried to take in the information, while at the same time covering the news, given our own perspectives on the watch or technology industry. Apple even asked a lot of fashion bloggers to attend the Apple Watch launch, which was a curious thing, until you realized that there were about 34 different versions of the Apple Watch, to begin with, that will be available when the smartwatches begin shipping sometime in early 2015. Most notably, a range of versions in full 18k gold or rose gold cases. While Apple has not released a lot of the technical specifications about the Apple Watch, there is enough information available for myself and many other people to have a good idea of what the Apple Watch will do, how it might fit into people's lives, and how it fits next to the competition. The question today is whether or not that competition is limited to other wearables and smartwatches, or to other more traditional wat

latest watch
Hi Guys,Very happy with my latest acquisition. I really think this is a beautiful watch and am very pleased!
First PAM - 305 ... kinda disappointed
got my first PAM - traded in my Deepsea + got some cash and picked up a 305.Gotta day - little disappointedPROs:looks boss. Almost every guy who knows watches, (or doesn't) loves it.Every single woman i meet comments on my watch. (Including my GF who constantly praises it) - total comments on my deepsea? Zip. (Except for people asking me if it was real)I like that it's not as well known as Rolex/people (In Canada at least at least) don't assume it's fake....the american's i work with tell me NY is very different.possibly the greatest weekend watch of all time...both positives.Negatives - it doesn't fit under ANYTHING i wear in businessSuitShirtanything with cufflinks. Brutal.Probably going to trade it for an IWC 8 day Yacht club if i can find one.....love it, but as i have other things to save for right now (as the GF reminds me) as my daily it's somewhat lacking....*disappointed in Toronto sadly*Know anyone who wants a 305?
which should I keep, 233 spot dial, or 028 limited edition, need help
I am the happy owner of two special Pams, the 233 K version spot dial, which is the last and most reliable of spot dials, and the 2009 special edition Pam 028, limited to 1000 pieces, I got both brand new never used for a good price, 8200 euros for the 233 and 7200 euros for the 028, but I won't be able to keep both, so I need some help from you guys to make up my mind, as one of them will be in a safe so that it is brand new when I sell it, which won't be in the near future, but when I do I'll be sure to talk about it here. This first link is to the Pam 028 on panerai's website.panerai/images/prodot...M028_FRONT.jpgThe back is plain as you can see on panerai's site, so nothing special there, movement is a soprod, which basically is an ETA movement with the soprod module for power reserve added, good movement but from what I understand Panerai didn't do anything to it as decoration or improvement. Here you have the photos for the 233 spot dial, in all 4500 where produced before they pass
