Kobold Polar Surveyor In Arctic Blue 50% Off Retail On Ebay: Auction Ends Dec-10-07 15:04:40 PST
I have had a bit of a fixation on Kobold Watches since I first learned about them several years ago. They represent what most men want in a watch. Good looks, rugged construction, and a classic style which is anything but boring. Even though the Kobold watch company is new (in watch years), they have been able to achieve so much, and are truly a modern watch company. Especially considering they are one of the only watch companies that allow you to purchase direct from the factory.Kobold Watch is an American watch company. Headquartered in Pittsburgh, Kobold watches use Swiss parts with American insight. Kobold is led by the younger Michael Kobold, who has become quite the watch celebrity. Showcasing his favorite pieces on the wrists of many celebrities. The truth is, he didn't have to work very hard at it, because these are remarkable watches. As such, James Gandolfini (Tony Soprano) and Kiefer Sutherland (Jame Bauer on "24" wore a PVD Kobold Phantom Tactical) have proudly displayed th
Pic request Diver
Does any of you with an AP Diver sport a 6,7 inch wrist? (Or there a-bouts)The Diver is one of the models I'm thinking of getting, but the Helsinki AD does not have a Diver, nor do they have one coming. So I'd love to see a picture of the watch on a wrist about the same size as mine. I'm a bit scared of the size... My 39mm ROC is perfect, but the diver is a bit bigger at 42mm, and getting it from one of the greys, just to notice it's too big would kill me!
ROO Chronograph Grey
Dear friends, thanks for gracing this thread. I am quite new with AP, have been into Rollies for awhile. Saw an AP only earlier this year and the bug has been nibbling until recently, the lust had gotten irresistable.Been ogling at the ROO Black Theme, then Panda. Tried it out at a preowned shop earlier this week, the Black Theme, and it sang to me. Things didn't work out as that piece was reserved but it was worth a look in person. The trip was well worth it! Came across the grey theme only a few days ago, my first time ever. Have seen the Black Theme, Panda and Volcano a lot in this part of the world but lesser of the Grey. I think its beautiful and a rather uncommon piece around here. While shopping around, I found this. To be perfectly honest, I have no feel of the fair price for a BNIB piece. I am not well-off but this itch needs to be scratched, so I gotta make this count. In your esteemed opinion, is this a fair price? Much appreciate if you could chime in. Cheers guys!

should I get AT silver dial 8500 or grey? 38.5 or 41.5? My wrist is a little under 7
Pseudo Official Yacht Master Appreciation Thread
An earlier post got me thinking. I know the YM to some is the read headed step child but for some it is a grail. Please feel free to share your YM pics and comments BTW, I am a former owner of a SS Plat YM. I wish I had never sold it. I am not on the hunt for another, but I cant make up my mind between the older one with the sparkly Plat dial or the Dark Rhodium with the blue accents.
