First AP - finally
Happy to report that I've finally landed my first AP. I've had countless PAMs, a few Rolex, JLC, IWC, etc., but for some reason the AP never found its way on my wrist until 2 days ago. I have to say that i finally understand what everyone talks about regarding the finishing. It's unreal. I'm so happy that I made the move that I feel confident an AP will always be in rotation.

As a follow-up to my previous thread, I finally visited the AP Singapore boutique yesterday with a fellow TRFer and took some pictures, as shown in this thread. The AP brand is relatively new to me, and I was primarily there to check out the Royal Oak 15202 and 15400. The boutique The Watches on Display Checking out the Royal OaksI just love this bracelet! My Two Cents... Overall an enjoyable visit. The boutique is a bit on the small side, and kind of hide in a corner. Thought AP should have chosen a better locality. But the displays are well lid. Both the Royal Oak 15400 and 15202 are masterpieces, work of art. Seeing it in person for the first time, no wonder so many WISers and members of this forum go ga-ga over them. Which do you pick?Having a hard time but leaning towards the AP 15202.The whole look is much more appealing to me; Though I also do like the aquanaut.I am leaning towards the 15202. And then saving up again for my first PP to come later. Have yet to try it on but love the 5711 in pics more than any other PP.Any thoughts?

Incoming SD43!
A couple of weeks ago my number came up on an SD43. As my luck goes, I was traveling and couldn't get in to the AD to complete the purchase. On a whim today I called an AD I've never done business with and asked if they had one. Completely expecting them to say no and dismiss me. I was shocked when they told me they had one and I could come get it! So....I did!! Fantastic AD and they have earned my future business. Great experience with them!
