Watches NEWS
I did a very bad thing.....
some of you guys may know after a few years hiatus I've recently come back to this site. Last month I purchased a new 39mm Explorer 214270. Not being content I placed an order for a BLNR (which should arrive 2nd week of Aug) So for a couple of weeks I stopped obsessing about Rolexes. Well browsing the omega forums was not a good idea for me either. I now have a 3570.50.00 incoming
Help with this omega bracelet
I can't seem to find any info on it, I seem to recall seeing bracelets like these on some older seiko models from the 1970's, anything you can tell me would be appreciated, thanks.
Just a lazy Sunday.
So I snapped a pic. Really liking this watch!
What are the old guys (and gals) wearing today...???
If you were born in the 1950s...What's your Rolex of choice...Mine...
Sub 14060 vs 14060M
OK I have decided to replace my black bay. I can't decide between a 14060 or a 14060M with 2 line text. The M seem to be about 1k dearer. Any thoughts on if it's worth the extra money for the modified movement? I guess 1k isn't a big deal if it's guna be more collectable or hold value better. But on the other hand 1700 out of pocket after the Tudor sells vs 2700, kinda hard to swallow. Also, there are a couple places selling serviced watches for a premium vs say 600 less for a watch due for servicing(or unknown last service). Do you think it's better to get an unserviced watch and have it done myself or get one turn key. Financially kind of a wash but servicing wouldn't be done by my choice of locations. This will be my first Rolex purchase. A no date sub is kinda my attainable grail watch.Any other advice on this purchase appreciated. Turtle!!!!20170411_111309 by Norcalkid, on Flickr
