44mm ROO advice
Please be easy as I'm not a ROO owner (yet) but have a few Q's1: With the rubber strap and ceramic bezel taking out the most prone areas to scratch, how bad is the case at picking up marks given its size? 2: What colour rubber straps are available for the 44mm, I've seen blue, black, white and grey. Due to this I'm assuming the bright colours are just for the 42mm's as the strap is from the divers?!3: What strap changing tool do you use, I've seen a few use the genuine AP one but been unable to find any, the other is the one offered by AP bands 4: With strap changes is it best to remove the strap from the plots or remove the strap with the plots in place (I've seen some straps sold with plots fitted)5: How easy are buckle changing and cost depending would it be easier to buy a couple of extra tang buckles and leave them on each strap?Think thats it for now
Ladies Breitling question
I have Rolex.....my wife wants a Breitling wings B 67050 or a model D 52345She wants a TT watch........I am trying to learn if the TT on these models are SS and Plated or SS and solid 18K......I do not want the gold to rub off on a $2,500 watch..........I heard both answers from several people......Rolex is my only way to go so I have only used this forum........Is $2,500.00 a price I should expect to pay for a good used one? So, are they Plated or solid gold trim? Any input woud help........

LiquidMetal Photos
Several have asked how the LM differs from the standard PO. I have not owned a standard but here are some shots that may show the differences.Of course the not-so-subtle caseback shouts different:Notice that all the engraving left no room for the anti-counterfeiting globe which now appears on the back of the 5:00 lug. (World Premier is a bit much IMO as is the and Only of the sapphire sandwich.)Then there are the applied numerals and Omega, red Seamaster, silver lettering and minute indexing, and if you look carefully, you will see the green [ZrO2]:The LM dial is made of the same ceramic material as the bezel and the date window appears to be cut with clearly defined edges rather than stamped as with the standard dial:And of course, the LiquidMetal is only available in the 42mm size.Fr. 116710 LN and BLNR Current Owners: Flipping Towards SS New Pepsi GMT?
With the new Pepsi GMT announced today wonder how many current SS GMTc owners (LN and BLNR versions) are selling their pieces to fund the new Pepsi GMT on jubilee? The new SS Pepsi is a beauty but untouchable for a couple of years, so looking forward to LN / BLNR prices on the market during the next few months! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
