Scratched my Panda
Hi all, I have scratched the bezel on my Panda. Its a silver line about 5mm in length. I cannot feel it with my nail but it seems to have polished off the brushed effect and is now shiny silver. Sound familiar ? I had started to think this was just inevitable but having seen some pictures from the forum of other members watches with no scratches I am now thinking I should get this repaired. ( ia m unlucky) I take grate care of it and have no idea how its been done. Please can you advise of the options open to me ?
1171 bracelet on Speedmaster
Can I fit a new Omega 1171 bracelet with 633 end pieces on a new 2016 Speedmaster? I'm sure I can but thought I had better double check first. I much prefer the look of 1171 bracelet - it looks more vintage.Thank you
Looking to buy my 1st: Looking for opinions
So I've spent a lot of time looking and have come down to 2 watches. I know they're way different, but would love to hear some opinions from you guys that know Patek's better than I do. 1) Patek Philippe Calatrava Automatic Grey Dial 18 kt White Gold Mens Watch 6000G-0102) Patek Philippe Aquanaut 5164A-001While I love the other watches and will add to my collection at some point, these are the only ones I'm considering. Thanks!
Rolex hard at work!
I'm very torn for my next upcoming purchase, hoping my fellow Rolex fans can help me out! I work in real estate development and although I'm in more of a managerial position these days there's nothing like jumping in the hole yourself and getting your hands dirty Aesthetically I definitely prefer a GMT of some sort but I have become enamoured with the ruggedness of the Explorer II. I worry that the GMT isn't made for those environments, I would love to see your Rolex in the craziest situations you have put them through, let's see those pics!!!
I own a Rolex(s) but I also...
...break my toothpick in half and save one-half for later. Coming from simpler times and lesser means, I have some habits that I can't shake off. Thought it'd be interesting to hear your frugalities as well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
