Montblanc TimeWalker TwinFly Chronograph
Introduced at SIHH, this new chronograph from Montblanc incorporates some interesting features. The movement uses a column wheel and vertical clutch, and both the chronograph seconds and minute hands are mounted in the center. There is also a flyback function, a date window at 9 o'clock, and a second time zone with 24-hour display at 12 o’clock. The Calibre MB LL100’s vertical disk coupling helps the seconds hand start smoothly when the chronograph is activated, and it reduces friction and so prevents unnecessary wear when the chronograph function is allowed to run for lengthy intervals. The center-mounted chronograph seconds can be read on the quarter-seconds scale on the outermost periphery of the dial, and the sixty-minute track is a separate scale inside the hours-circle.Pressing the button at 4 o’clock while the chronograph is running causes both the central chronograph seconds hand and the red sixty-minute totalizer to fly back to their zero positions and, wit
Daytona VS jumbo resale.
will Jumbo hold value if bought new at MSRP vs SS Daytona at MSRP at resale. trying to generate some thoughts.I love the jumbo but dunno about their resale value let say after 4 to 5 years. I know i will miss my Hulk and daytona if i sale them to get the jumbo. would you even do it or not?
B-1 versus Airwolf for 2nd Watch
I am getting an itch to add a new piece to the collection. I currently own an early version B-1 (non-super quartz) with black dial. I am contemplating adding either another B-1 Superquartz or Airwolf with a blue dial (2009 model with stripe texture on dial, not the radial pattern). I think most people seem to prefer the B-1 over the Airwolf, but I like the Airwolf and think it would add something a little different to my collection since I already own a B-1. I am also possibly considering an Aerospace, but I think I like the chronograph buttons on the case of the B-1 and Airwolf. I also love the turbine case back on the B-1 and Airwolf. But, I don't own a titanium watch and the Aerospace is starting to grow on me. I am curious as to what the forum members would do in my situation. Thanks in advance for the contribution! Guy

New Sub No Date - Bezel Alignment Question
Hi All - I was chuffed to receive my first Rolex today, a Sub No Date, brand new from an AD. Now I'm not sure if my eyes are going wonky, or if I just don't understand how a divers watch works, but I have some questions on the bezel - It seems to me that when the 0 marker on the bezel lines up with the 12 O'clock on the dial, the 3,6,9s dont line up, and (obviously) when the 3,6,9, line up the 12 doesn't line up. I've posted some pictures below. I'd love some advice as to whether if these 'issues' are in fact normal (if so, then great!) and if not, what I should ask AD to do. Happy to post more pics if helpful. Thank you so much for your thoughts!0 minute marker straight, 15/30/45 crooked?IMG_5390.JPG0 minute marker crooked, 15/30/45 straight?IMG_5393.JPGIMG_5394.JPG
