How nice it would be to have a larger availability of Temption watches. With just two authorized dealers in the entire US, you aren't likely going to see Temption watches very often, which is a shame considering how beautiful these watches are. I have a Temption CGK203 Watch which I reviewed here. The results were stellar, which is expected from the boutique German watch makers who only manufactures 700 watches a year. No wonder they are so hard to get.Temption has an interesting philosophy behind watch design which although resembling Scandinavian minimalism, actually has more to do with German Bauhaus design. The idea is functional art to the extent that the main purpose of the design is function and utility. Having said that, the design must conform with various rules such as attractive symmetry and fluid form. AP vs VC
Hey Guys....So I've always had a soft spot for VC's and AP'sThe Overseas line has been calling me, particularly the two time zone, and I've always liked the ROO's (Dalip's recent thread on his Diver is what's inspiring my recent dilemma)So between the two...is there any reason why I would go for one rather than the other...and Yes I know they're two completely different animals. Call it a late new years Resolution, but I think I'll need to get either or by the end of 2012....just in case the world ends!

Want a 1450 Top Hat for big 5-0
I have a few more years to go, but I would love to have a 1450/Top Hat for my 50th. I am just starting to research, and I see there is a gold, rose gold, and platinum one. I presume they originally came on leather straps, but I know I would not wear a leather band watch as much as I would one on a metal (gold) bracelet.Any information would be appreciated. Thanks!

Is that true that both 312 and 1312 are S-series?
Panerai released the new watch series naming last year, I found some peoples 312 are R-series, but meanwhile others are s-series. I am just wondering Is that true that both 312(359, 523) and 1312(1359,1523) are S-series?
