Black Dial RO
Much has been said about the blue and white dial Royal Oaks. They are indeed beautiful, but I happen to prefer the black dial. Aside from the sheer versatility of the color black, this dial also displays a range of shades depending on the light environment. Here are a couple of iPhone snaps of my beloved 15300!Deep Black Slate Grey
Got The Breitling Bug
I want a GMT and have been looking at The Super Ocean, Avenger ll and the Colt. I don't know much about the Colt. Is this sort of a junior Breitling? At first I had misgivings about the Super Ocean too, just because Breitling is so closely tied to aviation. Then after reading the history I realize it's a serious offering. So, I guess right now the Avenger ll and the Super Ocean are neck and neck, but I want to learn more about the Colt. I'd like for it to be 43mm or less because I don't care for the bigger watches on me. They look good on others. I can't get used to them on my own arm is all. What do you more experienced Breit guys and gals think?
Need help to identify my omega seamaster
I purchased this Omega Seamaster Pro 300. The Serial number is shown on the card and begins in the 49,000,000. From all the omega serial numbers I seen on the web, that puts the date of the watch in 1986. However researching the Omega Vintage Site, it looks to be from the 1993-1996 collection. Which corralates with the date on the warrenty card. The hang tag with movement show a 1109 caliber. The red dot on the case back has not been distured yet, so have not opened the case. Anyway, how come the serial number charts reference it as a 86 but it seems to be a 93-96?

Wait is finally over! This deserves a good drink
I was on a total of 5 waiting lists since the day the Daytona C was announced at Baselworld 2016. After being fed loads of BS from a couple of the AD's the wait is finally over. I bought myself as well as my salesperson a bottle of Macallan 18. The AD was even kind enough to throw in a complimentary Rolex watch winder. I purchased from out of state so MSRP. No tax. Beautiful watch. Worth the wait!Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
