Schofield Signalman GMT Watches
For a while I was talking to Giles Ellis as he was in the midst of starting a watch brand. It was interesting to see yet another independent watch brand thrust themselves along supported by one enthusiastic founder faced with a number of challenges. Ellis, and Englishman, wanted a watch that reflected his tastes and ideals. For him Schofield is a true Gentleman's brand and offers the types of watches he wants to hear. He has great admiration for both the historic and contemporary English watch makers that are helping to bring horological street cred back to the UK.Schofield's first pieces are called the Signalman. Two watches, both limited editions, that are offered in a polished steel or matte DLC coated black steel case. The case is pretty interesting and unfortunately doesn't come across super well in these images. I will try to do some hands-on stuff in the future. It is 44mm wide and produced locally in Britain.? While not a diver per se, the watch is water resistant to 500 meters

Evening gentlemen, I was hoping to get some tips on how to clean my ROO, as compared to My rolex's, I'm finding it much more challenging to get it looking brand new. Cheers

Today I posted a picture of my omega in another thread and was private messaged by another member telling me it's a fake and that I should refrain from posting it. Before I post the name of the very well known dealer I would like to find out if this is a fake and whether I was duped. Please help.Any input?Dmitry

5140 vs 5205
Yes, yes, an apples to oranges comparison, but I am curious which would you prefer to own as your calendar / daily watch? - Perpetual vs. annual- 37.5 vs. a small 40 mm- Subdial display vs. apertures- 5140 is thinner (dressier / more elegant) vs. 5205 thicker (sportier)- traditional design vs. something a little more fresh?I would appreciate comments on the these two regardless of case material, etc. BUT, something has crossed my mind and that something is the following:5205R that I currently own being replaced by 5140P.thanks. Tried on a few Nautilus models today...
Looks great on the wrist. Wasn't a huge fan of the ears but figured that I ought to try them to make sure. The rose gold on the brown strap was amazing. Not ready for a new addition yet but it's on the radar... :)
